How To Exchange An Item


Your item must be in its original unused condition to be exchanged including any tags and hygiene sticker if attached, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

You may exchange for a different garment of the same value, unless the difference of the new item is paid. You will have to cover your return shipping cost.

1. Please fill in the contact us form on this website to request an exchange and we will help you with any exchanges.
2. Mail your exchange item to: (Address will be given upon request)
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your exchange and the original email receipt.

Depending on the reason for exchange there may be an additional cost. 

Unfortunately KTfit Apparel does not offer refunds and is an exchange only policy.
